The optimal heating rate should not exceed 10 ℃/min, and the cooling rate should be below 10 ℃/min.In addition, for samples burned in a tube furnace, especially those to about 1300 ℃, it is best to maintain a low moisture content (moisture content refers to the water that may be generated during the heating process, such as adsorbed water, crystalline water, etc.). It is recommended to pre burn the sample before placing it in the furnace. It is not recommended to take or add samples at high temperatures as this may cause damage.Do not touch with force, do not keep warm at temperatures between 300 ℃ and 900 ℃, and do not come into with low-temperature objects. Below 500 ℃, the heating rate is ≤ 5 ℃/min; 500-800℃≤10℃/min； 800-1000℃≤5℃/min； 1000-1400℃≤3℃/min； 1400-1600 ℃ ≤ 2 ℃/min. The above is the recommended heating rate.
